Kenya Mission: Build a Much-Needed Disabled Orphan School September 17 - 27, 2026

Your team member fee $3685 trip fee includes round trip international airfare from most major cities worldwide. Your team will help with light construction for a dormitory at a school for disabled students in a primitive area of Kenya. This group will also help finish work on a Pastor's Home and be involved in hleping with a primary-care medical outreach just outside of Kakamega in Western Province. We provide the  training, you provide the 



Your trip fee of $3685 includes round trip international airfare from most major cities worldwide. The team member also helps offset the costs of materials related to the projects we serve. Your fee also includes most of your meals, ground transportation, in-country air travel, and secure host and hotel lodging. 

You will help with light construction on a much-needed dormitory at a Special Needs school in rural Kenya. You will also be helping to do finish work on a Pastor's home near nother Special Needs school. We are asked to do whatever is needed which may include digging foundations, mixing concrete, making blocks or brinks, and setting them into place...you will really be doing this! We'll also host a one-day primary care community clinic and help the doctors and nurses take care of the needs of many students, their families, elderly, and orphans. No experience is necessary and there is no shortage of children and students with whom you can make friends. We'l teach you everything you will need to do, everyone takees part! We will also visit several other schools and offer encouragement and assess their upcoming needs to se how we might help in the future. We'll also interview students in order to find sponsors who will help with school fees. We provide the training, you provide the loving labor of love that goes with it! This is definitely a worthwhile trip and a great opportunity to make lots of new friends! And, whenever possible, we'll venture out to see places like Lake Victoria, the Equator, and a nearby rain forest. The trip includes a Daytime safari at one of the famous Kenya game parks. This trip will change your life!

The work site location for the school is located among the Luhya Tribe in Shivagala, a small community near Kakamega in Western Kenya which is located north of Lake Victoria and just east of the Uganda border. The medical outreach is located in the same or similar community...there are seven we serve.

Other Financial Notes:
Trip fee includes RT international airfare from most airline hub cities, hotel and camp style lodging, medicines for the outreach, in country air flights (there are 2), ground transportation, fees for the game park, most meals, and some of the material cost related to the construction projects. Additional team member costs include a passport, Kenya visa ($50), daily fluids (water, soda, etc), and spending money. We recommend bringing about $175 to $300 additional to cover these expenses.
